Q: How are digital ebooks and audiobooks delivered?
A: The ebook/audiobook is purchased. Buyer receives a download link via email from BookFunnel (www.bookfunnel.com/help). Buyer can then send to preferred reading/listening device.

Q: Why is the shipping time for paperbacks 4-6 weeks?
A: Inventory is managed on demand. Books are ordered from the printer after orders come in. Once they arrive, Eric signs them, and then needs to ship them back out.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently no, but we plan to in the future.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Sales tax is added when applicable.

Q: Do casebound hardcovers include dust jackets?
A: No, they are case laminate books which means the cover art is printed directly on the book itself.
